Super Powders Smoothie Recipie

If you've made it here it's probably because you want to know how I use Intention in my daily life. Instead of teasing you for a paragraph let's jump in. Here's the recipe to my Super Powders smoothie that gets me ready to move in the morning!

Oat Milk, 6 oz

Intention, 1 scoop

1/2 Banana (or any fruit you want)

1 TBS of Sugar/Agave (Optional for those of use that like things on the sweet side)

That's it! This blend has me feeling energized and feeling full for about 3 - 4 hours so I'm not hungry while I'm teaching or in a chair pose 💜
