You know how everyday you clean bits of your room here and there but once and a while you give it a deep clean? The same applies to your face.
Even with cleaning our skin twice daily, it's still important to give your skin a deep clean at least once a week. Personally, since I'm always sweating, I prefer to exfoliate 2-3x per week.
If we don't exfoliate regularly, our skincare will become less effective because we'll have so many dead skin cells blocking the way for our products to do the job.

Krave Beauty
Kale-lalu-yAHA: This AHA exfoliator is a great toner replacement. Meaning if you ever want a gentle exfoliant that's simple to put into your routine this is the one for you. I typically use this once a week as a 2 days post deep clean, exfoliator but according to Krave Beauty's site, you can use this as much as you want depending on what your skin needs.

Green Barley Refining Exfoliating Mask: This mask is a quick exfoliator for when you want that satisfactory clean but don't have much time. After spreading this mask on my face, I leave it on for 3 minutes, then start rubbing in circular motions. What makes this so satisfactory is that as you rub you see the dead skin ball up so it comes of when you rinse your face. If you like to exfoliate 2-3 times a week this is certainly worth a try!
