At Home Spa Day: Head to Toe Treatments
Raise your hand if you miss the Spa 🙋🏾♀️ Okay put your hand down and grab your favorite spa inspired beverage for self care purposes!
One of the many things I miss about the spa are all of the treatments I would get. One of my favorites was a combo treatment where I would get a body scrub, seaweed wrap, and full body massage. Now while I miss that treatment dearly I've found a way you give myself an at home spa experience with a series of treatments. So let me take you down the list of treat after treat so we can treat ourselves!
Reminder: You don't have to use what I do but make sure to follow that outline and weave these treatments into your next evening routine so every part of your body can enjoy an at home spa experience without the spa price 🚿
WASH OFF TREATMENTS
Tip: Put this on after your shampoo, before you start any of your other treatments.
Innisfree: Refining Gommage Mask with Green Barley, $15.00
Tip: Put this on while your hair is deep conditioning, set a timer for 2-3 min or sing Baby by Justin Bieber and wash it off. Then put on the face mask.
Tip: Wash your face, exfoliate, then use this and leave it on while your hair is still deep conditioning and your doing your body wash & scrub. Make sure to wash it off before you leave the shower and follow with a light moisturizer.
Tip: Take this scrub everywhere below the neck including your feet!
Bite Beauty: Agave+ Weekly Vegan Lip Scrub, $22.00
LEAVE ON TREATMENTS
Tip: Make sure you have a long YouTube vlog or your favorite show on because you won't be able to use your hands on your phone while you have these on.
Tip: Wear cozy socks post treatment so the solution doesn't get on your slippers/bed.
Over all tip: For an extra relaxing experience have your hand/face/foot masks in the fridge for 24hrs before hand so they're cool when you put them on, play a soothing spa playlist in the background while you do your treatments, and make sure you bed have freshly washed sheets waiting for you 🙌🏾
